These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CargoPlanner website (cargoplanner.my.id) and our mobile applications, Volumetric, Volumate, Cargomat, Logisize, SpaceQ, Velocube, AeroVol, and Shipsize (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Services

The Services are intended for professional logistics, freight forwarding, warehouse planning, and e-commerce planning. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are prohibited from:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the applications.
• Using the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the Services.

2. Accuracy of Information

Our calculation tools (including Volumetric and AeroVol) are designed to apply industry-standard (IATA) volumetric weight formulas, and our planning tools (including Volumate, Logisize, and SpaceQ) are designed to assist with spatial, load, and storage planning based on the dimensions you provide. Across all Services, CargoPlanner does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of any result — every tool is intended as a planning aid. Final chargeable weights, container load capabilities, and shipping costs are ultimately determined by the relevant carrier or platform. CargoPlanner is not liable for financial discrepancies or logistical errors resulting from the use of our applications.

3. App Store Dependencies

Your download and use of the applications via third-party stores (Amazon, OPPO, Samsung, VIVO, Xiaomi) are also subject to the terms and conditions of those respective platforms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any app on any platform without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services—including text, graphics, logos, and software—are the exclusive property of CargoPlanner and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CargoPlanner, its affiliates, agents, directors, or employees, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.
